We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners. Depending on your location and the shipping method chosen, you can expect your order to arrive within the following time frames:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (domestic)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (domestic)
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over a certain amount. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping rate will apply. International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.

3. Order Processing
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays will typically be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take slightly longer to process, but we’ll do our best to get them out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

4. International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to most countries around the world. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. 5. Shipping Restrictions

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order through your Dehelo account. 7. Missing or Damaged Orders
We take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your items promptly. In cases of missing or damaged goods, we may require photos of the item and packaging to process your claim.

8. Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change before the order is shipped. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
